I called earlier tonight about the pigs and a “Holy crap did you see that” moment. But I remembered something else and didn’t want to call again.
Maybe a *spoiler alert* from the comic but, I have a feeling the two girls are gonna be the two brother that kill each other in the comic and that the younger sister is gonna be a sociopath (i think that is the one). let me know what you think. once again love the show.

Regarding sacrificing all the pigs: Didn’t they already find out that the pigs also had the illness or even might have been the source of the illness? So they could not use the pigs any more as food and they have to be killed anyhow. So killing all for the zombies is putting them to some use at least.
Also Rick is burning the pig stuff afterwards, so he is really concerned about the illness of the pigs.

I also agree with your comment about the “disconnection” between the two incidents (prison and fence situtation). I felt the same: Why are there only 4 people at the fence, when there are at least 20 people in the prison? They almost died at the fence and the walkers would have broken through. Made absolute no sense. When they realized the fence coming down, they would have called for help before running to the fence alone… Very strange, because usually the script is very good and the scene would have worked even better with more people helping…
