In response to Rosita’s knowledge for disarming the bombs, she does have prior military experience though we do not know what type, maybe she has some basic disarming skills. The design used by the saviors also did not appear to be that advanced. Since it was just setup as a deterrence for a herd, it would not need to be. Love the podcast.
