I have a thought on the highwaymen. Over and over again Characters from Alexandria, Hilltop, and the kingdom have all mentioned how difficult travel has been because the roads are dangerous. With the addition of the highwaymen, the roads may now not be as dangerous, leaving the three communities to freely travel between each other again
